I masked off areas around the wind screen for fiberglass. I first used 3/4" electrical tape to set an offset from where the wind screen meets the skin and then more tape on the outside perimeter of this. I also taped a centerline on the wind screen outside of the roll bar. This is to locate the area on the inside where I will be applying the SikaFlex primer.
I filled pinholes in the skirt with PolyFill. There is undoubtedly an easier way but I really liked the end result when I used it on the wing tips. I'll probably have to make a second pass after sanding.
