I sanded off the filler I had applied yesterday to the skirt. I used 60 grit to remove the thick areas and 150 for the rest. It turned out OK but there were still a few pinholes I missed to a applied more filler.

I bonded the windscreen to the fuselage. I started by roughening up the Acrylic, skin and roll bar. I then wiped the surfaces with SikeFlex "Activator". I let it dry and then I applied the primer. This time I used a brush since none of it will be visible - it will all be fiberglassed over. I then laid a triangular shaped bead on the roll bar and one where the Acrylic meets the fuselage. The fuselage part isn't really necessary since this will get fiberglassed over.

The clamps in the first picture below are to keep the wind screen lined up with the canopy bubble. There is about a 1/8" gap between the roll bar and this part of the wind screen.
