I started the SikaFlex bonding operation. I masked off a band around the inside edge of the Plexiglas even with where I plan to atach the fiberglass skirt. I roughened up the Plexiglas with sand paper, wiped it clean and the applied Sika "Activator". I did this to the frame as well. I then masked off the entire inside of the bubble and applied Sika primer to the edges using an air brush.
After drying I put the bubble on the frame upside down and clamped it in position. I wedged in popsicle sticks to establish about a 1/8" gap and then applied SikaFlex to the outside rim.
