The re-enforcement at the bottom of the curved part of the baffle is an idea from Kevin Horton's web site (http://www.kilohotel.com/rv8/index.php). Supposedly the wire that pulls the baffle around the bottom of the cylinders can deform the baffle in this are. I riveted a re-enforcement plate and installed a pop rivet with the core drilled out. I did this to all of the baffles.

I added the second seal for the ignition cables. Then I applied high temp RTV to the gaps between the engine and baffles.
