I cut out a hole in the bottom of the air box for the alternate air door. I bent a tab in the mount to act as a stop for the door. I then match drilled some holes, attached a nut plate and then ProSealed (yikes - that awful stuff, again!) and riveted the mount into position. I then riveted the fiberglass air box to the top plate. Then I cut the control cable to size, attached it to an Adel clamp and attached the wire to the door. Then I attached the door. |
