I took a vacation day off from work today. I soldered the rear stick push to talk switch to a couple of short leads of wire. Onto these I crimped on blade terminals so that if I want to remove the rear stick I can. I drilled and tapped a hole to hold the switch and drilled another hole in the bottom of the stick for the wires to exit. I then ran these wires up to the instrument panel.

I installed passenger vent. From this picture it looks like it will interfere with the left to right movement of the stick but it doesn't.

I wired the switch panel. The tape you see on the fuselage skin is Mylar to prevent accidental grounding. There is also Mylar on the inside of the switch panel.
