I woke up early this morning and went right at it. I fabricated the U-shaped piece above used to attach a vent for the rear passenger. I used my flywheel cutter and it turned out really well. I spent a while getting it lined up and clamped but the effort as worth it.

I cut the 1 5/16" radius hole in F-814A for the vent tube. I then deburred what I had so far, etched, Alodined and primed them.

I riveted the F-814A ribs to the angle stock. I used my new longeron yoke I just bought from Isham's.
