The right longeron didn't sit flat on the 2x4 where F-804 goes. It was floating 1/8-1/4 above the 2x4 so back to the vise for a little more bending. I also noticed that in bending it on the Y axis that it had also bent a little on the X axis. Fortunately both of these problems were easy to fix.
I clamped the bulkheads to the 2x4s and longerons. Then I went back one by one making sure each was true, square, etc. I went back and made sure each was exactly on station. I had to adjust the 2x4s for the F-811 and F-804 bulkheads. Making sure all was accurate took several hours.
Then I made some clips from some angle stock and clamped down the longerons. I then use liquid nails to lock down the jig.
