Finally it feels like I am making progress. Today I drilled the two front side skins. To get the skins into place for drilling, I clamped here I could but I had to tape where it rests against the lower spar. At first it looked like the distance from top to bottom near the center section was almost 1/4" greater than that of the skin. One problem was that the spacer that I had between F-804 and the jig cross member was also fully under the longeron. Everything now seems to be right on the money. I drilled the upper and lower F-804 to longeron gussets.
