I set the F-804 flange parallel to the skin and bent the tucked under part of the skin so that it doesn't sit as high.
I drilled the rest of the holes for attaching the skin saving the ones for the bent section for later. I removed my temporary spar and drilled the holes around it. I used a drill stop to prevent touching the spar behind the two bottom-most rivets.
