I horsed around with the compressor. This time I actually used my head just a little and noticed that air flows from the front to the back of the compressor. I remounted the fan in the back to help pull it through. I then re-wired the switch since I did such a bad job last time. I put the insulated box back on and gave it a try. Same problem. It works great until it shuts off the first time. The fan shuts off too and it seems to cook inside the insulation. When it starts again it almost immediatedely shuts down from too high a temperature. I think I am just going to set it up so that the fan runs all the time. A thermostat would be better but I don't want to spend $50 for one that runs off of 110V.

Back to the plane. I drilled both F-802A to the side skin. Then I bolted the crossmember to both F-802A.Working under the jig is a pain. I should have made it about 6" higher.
