Tonight I finished drilling the WD-822 weldment. When I finished I noticed that I had thoroughly botched it. In the picture on the left notice the holes on the left side are way too close to the edge. In the picture on the right, notice the gap between the F-802A and F-802A bulkhead and F-802G angle. This is because it has a bow in it. The bow acted like a spring that led me to believe I had the weldment pushed back all the way. I didn't double check or use a clamp here and this will cost me $87 for a new WD-822. Here's is my 8 year-old's opinion on the matter:
