Tonight I deburred and dimpled both rear side skins. Then I cut the passenger vent line hole in the side skin and outboard floor rib. Cutting the hole in the rib was a pain since I couldn't use a flywheel cutter. I used the cutter on the skin, traced the outline onto the rib and then cut it with a nibbler. Then I smoothed it out with s ScotchBrite wheel.
Next I will etch, etc., the side skins and then rivet them into place.
