I drilled the forward holes for both flap blocks in place. The actuator rod seems to be in he right place and moves smoothly. I then put the rear seat belt attach points back in.
I drilled the holes in the control rod rear attach point. I fabricated this part from angle stock several months ago. I cut two 2" square tube spacers that go under the attach point. I match drilled these on the drill press using the holes I put in the attach point as guides.
I bolted rod end bearings to the control rod, then slipped the control rod under the center section and then the rod end bearings to the front and rear attach points. I'll drill the rear attach point to the floor tomorrow.
