Tonight I riveted together the battery holder and bolted and riveted it to the firewall. I plan to put some Akzo Nobel primer over the rivets and nutplates to protect them from battery acid. Although this stuff is awesome, I suspect I will be needing something else to fully corrosion proof this area.
The nutplates are for mounting the master and starter solenoids. Pretty cool.
