Back to bending tubing. I installed the vent and fuel line for the right tank. The picture below right is looking down from above the laft landing gear box.

I set the rigging for the ailerons. Fortunately the pushrods that go from the ailerons to the bell-cranks were still right on (why wouldn't they be?). I used my SmartLevel to position the stick vertical and clamped it to the F-802T cross member. Then I adjusted the bell-crank to stick pushrods until they were neutral as per the gauge I had previously made from drawing 12A (view C-C).

I then started cutting the left flap as per the template in drawing 14A. I have to admit being confused by this template since it does not come close to fitting the top surface. I couldn't find a picture of discussion of this on other builder sites so I decided to take a conservative approach. I lined the large right angle corner of the template with the rear inside rivet. It took several passes trimming about 1/16"-1/8" at a time but now the flap barely fits. I am going to have to take a little more off but I will do this tomorrow.
