I riveted down the gussets behind the passenger bulkhead. I then installed the static ports which are really two very large diameter pull rivets. I drove out the shanks by putting a bucking bar that I had previously drilled a hole in (I can't remember why) behind the rivet and then taping a nail through the front. Worked like a champ. I then slipped on the tubing, applied RTV and left it all to cure.
