I ecthed and alodined all four skins, the skin doubler plate, both fuel
tanks, the aileron gap seal and the flap brace. I then primed all of
this. Then, using my super cool deburring drill, I deburred all lower
spar and rib holes. Then I dimpled the holes behind the top inside skin.
Then I used a ScotchBrite wheel to do the "scarf joint" and then
primed the area behind where the two top skins overlap. Then I clecoed
on the top inside skin and the wing walk doubler. |
