I dimpled the outside top skin. I used the pneumatic squeezer to get all
that were within reach of my yoke and then used the c-frame for the
rest. This worked well for me: First drill, then debur the inside, then
prime the inside, then debur the outside and then dimple. I didn't get a
single scratch on the skin this way. The back was protected with primer
from the bottom die on the c-frame. Then I clecoed both skins to the
skeleton. Christine very kindly drove rivets while I bucked them. We
finished the top inside skin. |
