Christine riveted the top outer skin and I bucked. I don't see how she
does it. There isn't one ding or scratch in the skin. The second picture
shows an indention in the leading edge next to the tank. The picture
makes it look a lot worse than it really is but it is bad enough to
where I have decided to take the tank off (again) and try to tap it
straight. I peeled off the plastic off of the outside surfaces on the
bottom skins. I deburred the outside sides of the holes and then dimpled
them. I decided to take care of this now since the wing would soon
make the table unavailable.
Christine helped me get the wing off of the "jig" onto the table. I
started to pull through the conduit. |
