I raised the tail so that I could easily get under the fuselage. Without the empennage, the fuselage is in balance on the mains when the longerons are level. I had the A-frame attached to the engine to keep it from tipping.

I scrubbed the fuselage with PreKote and a ScotchBrite pad. Then I dried it with compressed air.
