I had a couple of really bad runs on the left side of the wind screen. When I sanded them off I ended up sanding through a fair amount of primer. It was obvious the runs were in the primer and not the paint. I need to paint over this again.
As a training exercise I continued the sanding operation with 600 and then 1500 grit. Then I rubbed it with polishing compound. I proved to myself that you can sand and polish PPG Concept to a good as new shine.
When I paint the accent stripes I will rough this up again and paint over it.
