Tonight I deburred and dimpled the stiffeners. Then I roughened them up with a ScotchBrite pad, buttered them with ProSeal, pasted them onto the skin and then back riveted them into place. The picture on the left was taken after I cleaned gobs of the stuff off of the outside of the skin. The other picture is of the inside, which I did not clean.

I used Christine's digital postal scale with a large Ziplock bag wrapped around it for measuring.

I think the worst part of ProSealing isn't really the ProSeal but having to dress up like an astronaut. I had my mask on along with hearing protection, eye protection and gloves. I had to leave all of that on until I finished the job and cleaned everything up.
