After working on the flaps I decided to start on the aileron pushrods. I primed them a couple of nights ago when I primed the flap parts. The rod ends do not fit into the tubes as-is. I sanded them and the insides of the tubes just a little and this was enough to allow them to go in very snuggly. I measured the circumference of the tube and marked it and six tick marks onto a strip of paper. I used this to mark the location of the holes. I drilled the first one, inserted a cleco and then went on and did the rest. I took it all apart, deburred and then primed the inside surfaces. In the second picture you might be able to see a little gray primer oozing out between the tub and the rod end. Then I riveted it on. I turned out really well
