I drilled the bushing that goes in the bellcrank using a reamer I just bought from Avery. I then used my ScothBrite wheel to reduce the bushings length by about 1/16" to get it slightly longer than the bellcrank. The bellcrank moves around the bushing and the bushing is held tight against the spar brackets. I had to remove one of the bell crank brackets to get the bolt in. I the greased the bushing, put it all together and torqued it.

When I re-torqued it the bracket bolts, 25 in-lbs didn't seem like enough. I very crudely checked the calibration of my torque wrench by hanging a milk carton and throwing in clecos until it clicked. Then I measured the jug and clecos, did the math and it turned out to be pretty close. I guess I had to convince myself.

I primed the outsides of the pushrods. I think I will be ready to skin the bottom in a couple of days.
