Tonight I match drilled the skin to rib holes in the leading edge. The leading edge skin buts up perfectly with the top skin. Amazing. I am going to wait until I am ready to take off the leading edge skin before drilling the web to spar holes since getting at them from the bottom seems a bit tight. When I take off the skin I will be able to move the front ribs out of the way a little and have a clear shot at drilling the holes from the front.
I attached and drilled the splice plate which goes between the leading edge and the fuel tank.
