Holes. There has to be a way to automate deburring holes.  I cut the plastic away from the holes using a straight edge and a soldering iron. I then deburred all of the leading edge skin and rib holes. I then dimpled them Then I deburred the skin edges using my ScotchBrite wheel and then a pass with my deburring tool. It took a long time to do this.

The inboard leading edge rib didn't turn out very well. This is the one that doesn't come pre-punched. I drilled the holes too close to the web part making it nearly impossible to dimple correctly. I am going to order another one from Van's.
