Yesterday I bought and installed another fluorescent light for the
garage. The weather is getting a lot cooler lately (it was down to 95
deg today) and I will soon be able to take down my life support plastic
walls.
I built the wing stand tonight. It didn't take long but those of you who have done this before will note that I cut wing notches on both ends. I am sure the reason was a clever one but it escapes me at the moment. I put a hefty 2x4 supported by many screws across one end to support the spar. It is a lot stouter than it looks in this picture.
My garage is getting really crowded.
